BISBEE — Premier Alliances, Inc. announces its intent to explore the creation of a private therapy garden on its Naco Highway campus, for the use of its staff and guests.
The Founders Garden will be located on 30,000 square feet of undeveloped property on the west end of the 3-acre campus and is intended to be a deep sensory experience, with a
safe, manageable, multimodal pathway and meditative spaces, while serving as a sanctuary for wildlife such as birds and butterflies.
In September, Premier Alliances began the Schematic Design Phase of the Founders Garden Strategic Plan, developing a Request for Proposals which outlined the criteria of the project, including potential design elements such as walking pathways, water features, an observation
deck, greenhouses, bird habitats, and plantings.
Three hand-picked companies based in Sierra Vista, Tucson and Phoenix were selected to receive the RFP and to submit a proposal for the project. On Thursday, Sept. 27, Premier Alliances CEO John Charley hosted representatives from each of these businesses at a pre-submittal meeting at the Premier Alliances campus in Bisbee to tour the sight and ask questions about the project.
Proposal submissions from the companies are due in November, after which their proposals will be reviewed and voted on by the Premier Alliances Board of Directors.
