What began as an effort by a group of families in Bisbee, Arizona to find adequate education for children with disabilities in their community has developed into one of the most successful and long-standing nonprofit organizations in Southern Arizona.
From humble beginnings in the basement classroom of the Bisbee YWCA in 1962, to the standard-bearer for inclusive employment and advocacy for individuals with additional needs, Premier Alliances has cultivated a celebrated history over 60 years of Improving the Lives of People with Disabilities.
Over the decades, our services have ranged from teaching children with additional needs, providing vocational rehabilitation services for youths and adults, residential services, and now, providing well-paying jobs with benefits in an accommodating environment for adults with additional needs.
We could not have done it without the ongoing support of our community. Every cake auction, every donation, every word of support and encouragement has reaffirmed our commitment to the people we serve.
