BISBEE — Premier Alliances, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of Kenny Anderson to Assistant Project Manager.
An NAU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising, Kenny has been with Premier Alliances since April 2017, during which time he worked as a Job Coach at the Historic Fort Huachuca Cemetery, offering direct guidance and support to employees.
As Assistant Project Manager, Kenny will work to support Christa Thornhill, project manager for Premier Alliances’ contracts with Fort Huachuca, the Bisbee Unified School District, and at the Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station outside of Bisbee. His new duties include regular inspections of work sites, preparing or assisting in the completion of various reports, maintaining employee work schedules, holding and directing department meetings, and more.
Kenny comes into the position with several years of direct experience working with individuals with additional needs. Prior to joining Premier Alliances, he managed the largest group home for AIRES in Sierra Vista. Additionally, he worked for Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services as an employment specialist, helping individuals find jobs, including several who now work for Premier Alliances.
Staff at Premier Alliances were so impressed by his skills at working with those he helped place in jobs with the organization, they developed the Job Coach position and offered it to him.
“This is the most strategic organization I’ve worked with, as far as the opportunities for growth and future expansion for people with disabilities,” Kenny said of his time with Premier Alliances.
In his new position, he said “I want to gain as much responsibility as possible and be an essential piece to helping the Premier Alliances engine move forward.”
